The Davenport Plant’s conservation program was certified again this year by the Wildlife Habitat Council and attained the WHC Silver Certified ranking.  This achievement recognizes the continuing efforts of the Plant’s program and the Company’s commitment to conservation.

 

 

 

The Plant continues to maintain and improve the existing Wildlife Habitat Council sites at their location.  During the summer a pollinator garden was added, consisting of native plants for attracting butterflies, large rocks for sunning, pollinator house and a puddler of salt water.
