Continental Cement supplied JB Holland Construction, Inc. with Portland-Limestone Cement (PLC) for a soil stabilization job in Iowa. Treating soil with cement reduces virgin materials by recycling existing soils and using PLC provides an additional 10% reduction in carbon reduction when compared to ordinary Portland cement.  In addition, PLC is now available in Minnesota and other locations in Iowa.
